Dick Bourgerie's Timberline RR - HO Scale

April 1997
In April of 1997, I took three shots of Dick Bourgerie's layout during the CID Layout Tour. After looking over his information here recently, Dick sent me updated photos taken with a Sony 3.3 mega pixel digital camera. The effects were added with Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9, a program Dick would recommend to anyone using a digital camera.

Dick's layout is HO scale and 14' x 20' in size. It is a freelanced design with detailed western scenery set in the late '40's and features mostly steam with a few diesels. It is a completely finished layout and shows how much layout can be built into a modest area.

This layout appeared in the October 1995 issue of Model Railroader Magazine, including the cover!

Here in order are Dick's photos: Upgrade, Water Hole, City Scene, Deer Creek 1, Deer Creek 2, Deer Creek Gas Station, Falls, Foundry, Harbor, House Street, Oil Company, Roundhouse, RR Supply, Silverado Mine 1, and Silverado Mine 2. Enjoy!
