Here is information on the Midwest Region Spring Meet.

June 9-11, 1995

The NMRA Midwest Region Spring Convention "Indy '95", hosted by the Central Indiana Division, will be held at the Best Western Sterling House at 5901 Scatterfield Rd. in Anderson, Indiana. (exit I-69 at Exit 26, follow arrows for 9N. North under overpass to first light, turn left to Sterling House)

    Advanced registration fees: 
 
            Full (conv. & banquet)..............$35 
            Convention only.....................$15 
            Banquet only........................$20 
            One day.............................$12 
            Extra fare Beech Grove tour.........$10 - (Sat. only) 

NOTE: After May 26th, or at the door, add $5.00 to everything but the Beech Grove tour. Fares are the same for members and non-members.

Scheduled at this time are:

Clinics by Palmer Kloster, M.M.R., Jim Hediger from Model Railroader Magazine, Montford Switzer, Gary Children, Dick Cecil (Region Auctioneer), Kathleen Newell, Duncan Lawrence, Keith McMillen (Waybill Editor), Al Potts, M.M.R., Albert Nelson, Ted Luce, Marvin Crim, Dick Butters and Dean Freytag.

Layout Tours will be held in Anderson on Friday night, in Indianapolis on Saturday and in Kokomo and Anderson on Sunday. These layouts cover O, HO and N scales with many being quite large and detailed. Each tour will feature 6 to 10 layouts.

Amtrak's Beech Grove ShopsTour! This will be available Saturday morning. See this while you can!!!

There is no additional registration for the Layout Tours. They will be 'Unguided Tours'. You can pick the Layouts you wish to see and follow the map. The ECI will be open from 6 to 10 PM on Friday night and from 12 Noon to 4 PM Sunday afternoon for your viewing pleasure.

Also, at the ECI location will be a modular display of the 1946 Ringling Bros and Banum & Bailey Circus train as Section one and part of Section two arrives in own for a performance.
