Frank's layout was a freelance railroad with loads of superdetailed scratchbuilt structures. Frank started this layout years ago, and parts of the layout were judged to help him certify for his MMR status which he received (MMR 29).

It was a freelance railroad typical of northeast Pennsylvanis, steam era, with lots of super detailed scratch built structures and hand laid track. Frank no longer has an interest in maintaining and operating this award winning layout.
