ARTICLE I    NAME AND PURPOSE 
 
  Section 1.   This organization shall be known as the Central 
               Indiana Division of the Midwest Region, National 
               Model Railroad Association, Inc. and is established 
               under the provisions of the constitution of the said 
               Midwest Region, National Model Railroad Association, 
               Inc. Said charter being granted on 20 January, 1963. 
 
  Section 2.   The purpose of the Central Indiana Division of the 
               Midwest Region, National Model Railroad Association, 
               Inc. shall be: 

               A.  To promote membership in the National Model 
                   Railroad Association, Inc. 

               B.  To establish a close relationship with the 
                   Midwest Region, National Model Railroad 
                   Association, Inc. 

               C.  To promote model railroading throughout the area 
                   bounding the Central Indiana Division. 

               D.  To sponsor model railroad conventions, clinics, 
                   and contests. 

               E.  To instruct, aid and assist model railroaders in 
                   the fulfillment of their enjoyment of model rail- 
                   roading as a hobby. 

  ARTICLE II   MEMBERSHIP 
 
  Section 1.   Any person residing within the boundaries of the 
               Central Indiana Division who is a member of the 
               National Model Railroad Association, Inc. shall 
               automatically be a member of the Central Indiana 
               Division of the Midwest Region.
